Mr. André Weinert

Purpose of the data processing:

In this paragraph we inform you which data is collected for which purpose.

1. Automated data processing/ data transfer

When you visit our website, data is processed automatically — for technical reasons — but this does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the person concerned — your person. This data is stored on the server in log files and processed purely for anonymous statistical purposes. This data includes information on the time of access, browser used, referrer URL (previously visited website) and other purely technical information on your hardware, operating system used and browser information. These data will not be passed on to third parties.

2. collection of personal data

The processing of personal data and information is carried out exclusively for the fulfilment of order-related processes and for the handling of contractually stipulated procedures.
The processing of personal data only takes place in the course of enquiries or contractual transactions which the data subject himself or a third party commissioned by the data subject has sent to us, e.g. for the preparation of an offer.
Should you have transmitted or transmitted your personal data to us, we assure you that it will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of the order or a legal basis prescribes the passing on.

Security note for data transfer on the Internet

Despite all technical and organizational measures, no guarantee can be given for 100 % security in the processing of your personal data via our website. We therefore recommend that you forward particularly sensitive personal data to us by post or telephone, insofar as this is required for the fulfilment of our order.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data The processing of personal data takes place primarily on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b of the DS-GVO - for the fulfilment of a contract or the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures. Alternatively in the case of a non-contractual constellation in the case of the express consent of the person concerned in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. a of the Basic Data Protection Regulation.

Duration of data storage

Personal data is stored by us in connection with contractual processing in accordance with the legal requirements for retention periods. In the case of exclusively pre-contractual processing, the personal data will be deleted with a period of 4 weeks after the last transaction-related correspondence. Excluded from this is a request for deletion by the person concerned, which is directly complied with, insofar as no legal regulation is opposed to this or a
the state agency has made a request for information.

Disclosure of personal data — Categories of recipients

Personal data will only be passed on to third parties insofar as this is absolutely necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual duties towards the person concerned. For example, it may be necessary to use one or more subcontractors such as transport companies in order to fulfil contractual obligations — such as the delivery of goods to the data subject — which makes it necessary to pass on the name and address.

Your rights as a data subject

In the following, we will inform you about your rights in accordance with the data protection regulations of the DS-GVO and the BDSG.
We would like to do justice to your legal claim in any case and ask you in the case of a request for information, a request for deletion or correction to note that your request may take some time under certain circumstances - but we strive to process your request within the legally permissible timeframe of 4 weeks.
As the person concerned, you have the right at any time and free of charge to obtain information about the data we have stored about you. In the course of this information we will inform you about the purpose of the data storage, type and extent of all personal data as well as the possible recipients and the reason for the data transfer.
In addition, you can request us as the person concerned to correct or delete your personal data, which we will of course comply with, insofar as this is legally justifiable.
You may object to the processing of your personal data in the future or revoke any consent you may have given. The possibilities of objection or revocation result from the regulations of the DS-GVO.
In the event that you wish to receive your data stored with us in accordance with the right of transferability, we will make this available to you in a CSV file, as there is no standardised format for this.
We do not use automatic decision making or profiling.

Identity verification for the protection of the person concerned

In order to prevent the misuse of personal data by unauthorised third parties, we use a suitable method to establish the identity of the inquiring person in the course of a request for information, a request for deletion or correction as well as the transfer of personal data.

Right of appeal to the supervisory authority

If you are of the opinion that, despite all due care, we have not acted correctly and/or have not processed your personal data properly or without authorisation, we would ask you to inform our data protection officer — André Weinert — of this fact or to lodge a complaint. The contact details can be found in the introductory section of this data protection declaration.

Regardless of this, as a data subject you have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for us.
